FreshRide Mobile Detailing · FreshRide Manager
Privacy policy
Effective September 24, 2026
FreshRide Mobile Detailing operates this website and FreshRide Manager, a private tool the owner uses to manage appointments, customers and business email. Customers do not need to connect a Google account to book a detail.
Customer information
Information submitted for a booking, including contact details, service address, vehicle details, service selections, notes and condition photos, is used to respond to requests, provide services and maintain business records. The service and booking policies explain customer record retention and photo permissions. FreshRide does not sell customer contact information.
Google and Gmail access
With the account owner’s authorization, FreshRide Manager connects to the designated FreshRide Gmail account. It accesses the account email address, message senders and recipients, subjects, message text, timestamps, labels, and message, thread and draft identifiers. Access supports displaying and searching mail, reading conversations, composing replies, saving drafts, sending reviewed messages, and changing read, starred and archived status.
The requested Gmail permission is gmail.modify. Google describes this permission broadly; the Manager uses it for the email features above. The Manager does not offer permanent deletion of Gmail messages. Google handles sign-in; the Manager does not receive your Google password.
Storage and protection
Mailbox messages are fetched from Google when requested and processed by the site’s server and the owner’s browser. The Manager does not maintain a complete mailbox archive in its database. Outreach records can retain recipient details, saved draft subjects and text, Gmail identifiers, permission notes and contact status. Send-protection records retain draft identifiers, content fingerprints and request times to help prevent duplicate sends.
Google connection credentials and access and refresh tokens are encrypted in the server database. Private Manager features require owner authentication. Connections use HTTPS. Data is processed through Google and the hosting and storage infrastructure that runs this site, including Sites and Cloudflare, as needed to provide these features.
Use and sharing of Google data
Google data is used to provide the Manager’s visible email and contact-management features. Sending an email shares its contents with the recipients chosen by the owner. Google data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. The Manager does not send Gmail contents to an AI service.
Other access or disclosure is limited to operating these features, security and abuse investigation, or applicable legal requirements. FreshRide Manager’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting and deleting data
The owner can select Disconnect Gmail in the Manager’s Email connection settings. A successful disconnect revokes the Google token and removes the stored access and refresh tokens. Access can also be removed through Google Account connections.
Disconnecting does not delete emails or drafts in Gmail, saved outreach records, send-protection records, or the OAuth client configuration. These application records remain until removed; they do not currently have automatic expiry. To request deletion of retained Manager data or configuration, contact FreshRide at the address below. Gmail messages and drafts can be managed directly in Gmail. Any copies the owner exports must be deleted separately.
Contact and changes
For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email freshridedetailing01@gmail.com. This policy will be updated when data practices change. Any new use of connected Google data will be disclosed and any required consent obtained before that use begins.
